So who am I and how am I Qualified to help you take your game to the next Level? 

I graduated in from Central Michigan University in 2015 with a BA in Exercise Science and a MA in Sports Administration. 

In 2015, I moved to Texas to accept the Director of Performance for Baseball, Softball, Track and Field, and Women’s Basketball, while assisting with Football at Stephen F. Austin State University (D1). 

Here are the team stats from before I arrived at SFA to while I was there:
HR 22 ->38
2B 90->122
BA .262-> .303
ERA 5.21-> 4.887

I was able to take this team and transform them using a certain system that has athlete's train heavy while focusing on not JUST joint mobility BUT joint STRENGTH as well.

What is this system....CONJUGATE! 

I have used the CONJUGATE SYSTEM for my own training and my athlete's training

So what does this mean for BASEBALL and how my PROGRAMMING TRANSFERS OVER TO THE FIELD OR MOUND? 

It all comes down to physics... 

You see in order to be able to increase your velocity, exit or throwing, you must create a large amount of ground force production. THIS is done in the weight room through:

1. MAXIMAL RECRUITMENT allows us effectively recruit the CNS to it's full potential through MAXIMUM EFFORT movements in the power lifts and EXPLOSIVE exercises. 

2. RATE of FORCE PRODUCTION allows you to increase how fast you can develop as much force as possible through special means of training- bands,  chains, different plyometrics

3.  SPECIFICITY: We develop General Adaptations (GPP) to build a wider base of athleticism (movement quality/ability) that we then use to blend into Specific Adaptations (Rotational and Lateral Force Capacity/Production) to further enhance skill development within your sport

Think of it like this, In the weight room we learn how to develop maximal ground force and maximal acceleration. Combined with a solid base of GPP, you are able to produce elite level movement patters that allow you to transfer that power through your body to the ball or bat.
