You see in order to be able to increase your velocity, exit or throwing, you must create a large amount of ground force production. THIS is done in the weight room through:
1. MAXIMAL RECRUITMENT allows us effectively recruit the CNS to it's full potential through MAXIMUM EFFORT movements in the power lifts and EXPLOSIVE exercises.
2. RATE of FORCE PRODUCTION allows you to increase how fast you can develop as much force as possible through special means of training- bands, chains, different plyometrics

SPECIFICITY: We develop General Adaptations (GPP) to build a wider base of athleticism (movement quality/ability) that we then use to blend into Specific Adaptations (Rotational and Lateral Force Capacity/Production) to further enhance skill development within your sport
